1. Return in case of withdrawal
It is possible for the customer to withdraw without additional charge or obligation to justify the return of the product within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which he acquired physical authority over the products. In case the products have already been delivered, the customer must return them exactly in the condition in which he received them, with all their parts, the accompanying forms and the packaging in excellent condition.The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged to the company for sending the product to him. It is not possible, for reasons of consumer health and safety, to return these items after opening their packaging.

The return is made in writing by completing the withdrawal form, which is delivered with the product, and the purchase receipt. If the customer withdraws from the purchase, the entire amount will be refunded without further delay within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Company is informed of the withdrawal decision. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods and is only responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from unnecessary handling, in order to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

Refunds can be made in the same way as the payment for the product, unless a different method is agreed. In no case are there any additional costs for such a refund. Specifically in the case of debit by credit or debit card as follows: in case the price has been paid to the Company by the Bank until the withdrawal and return of the item, the Company will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed in any transaction provided on the basis of the contract drawn up with the customer.

The Company after this information does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. In the case of payment in cash, if the customer had chosen the option "collection from the store", it will be refunded to him from the store where he received the product. In case of payment by bank transfer the return will also be made by bank transfer to the same account of the customer.The customer is liable to compensate the Company if he made use other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal. The determination of the nature, characteristics and function of the goods should be made on the basis of the information provided on the outer packaging of each product, as well as the additional information provided by the company and in any case without opening the packaging of the products. The Company is willing to inform the customer of any questions regarding the nature of the products by providing additional information material electronically or otherwise. In case of opening or alteration of the packaging, the value of the products is annulled and the buyer is responsible for compensation of the Company in case of its later return.

Similarly, in any case in which the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store is entitled to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to proceed unilaterally and without any other total or partial set-off. of this claim against the customer.

The return will be made by courier or with delivery to the physical store during its opening hours and, specifically, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, from 16.00 - 20.00. In cases where, according to these terms, com is charged with the return costs, the return should be made with the courier company cooperating with it, as it results from the terms in the field of shipping methods.

2. Return due to incorrect delivery
In any case of delivery of products different in type or quantity from those included in the order, the buyer is entitled to return the products for inspection and verification of the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the Company as well as the costs of any return to the customer are borne by the Company, provided that the method of return proposed by the company is observed. For the refund process, the provisions of the conditions for refunds due to withdrawal apply.

3. Returns of defective products upon delivery (DOA)
It is recommended that the buyer should carefully examine the condition of the products upon delivery and especially the intact packaging, to identify any visible defect, such as a broken product. It is possible to return such products within 7 days from the date of receipt. Returned products must be in their unused, original condition, as well as with all labels, which constitute their identity. Otherwise, they cannot be accepted as returned products.

Products that are received back for this reason are checked for defects. In this case, the replacement of the product is offered if it is available, otherwise the customer will receive a full refund for which the terms of the return conditions due to withdrawal apply.

It is noted that when testing the products it should be ensured that they do not come into contact with anything that may mark them or add fragrance to them. The Company may not accept any returned items when there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

4. Returns of defective products
Any sale of defective products or products with a lack of agreed properties of the goods purchased from the online store is subject to the provisions of the Civil Code. It is pointed out that a property is considered agreed only if it is certified in writing that it is such by both parties.
